How Do I Place An Order?
You can easily place an order via our webshop logisticsonline.nl. When you add a product to the shopping cart, you can order the product immediately. In the unlikely event that you cannot find a solution, we can guide you by telephone or chat.

How Can I See What I Have Ordered?
You can see your order confirmation via the e-mail address you provided during the order. You will receive this by e-mail within a few moments after placing the order.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
You can of course change or cancel the order. Do this within a period of 14 days. If you want to cancel or change your order, you can contact us via [email protected] or by telephone at 01777 322100.

Do You Have A Mandatory Minimum Order Amount?
No, there is no mandatory minimum order amount at Rotomshop.co.uk.

I Ordered The Wrong Item, What Do I Do?
If you have ordered the wrong item, it is best to contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order so that our customer service team can advise you. Of course, you can always contact us with questions via our live chat on the website or one of our social media channels.

I Received A Wrong/Damaged Item, What Do I Do?
When this happens it is, of course, annoying and we want you to receive a good product. If this happens, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order and our customer service team will be able to advise you. If you could send the e-mail with photos of the damage or the incorrectly delivered item in the attachment, this would make the exchange procedure a lot more efficient and faster.

What Are The Delivery Costs?
Average Delivery Costs.
We offer Free Delivery with an order value of over £450 (excl. VAT) according to the scale below.
Order value under £450 and weight between 0.1kg - 10kg >> Delivery costs £25.99 + VAT (Depends on the parcel weight)
Order value under £450 and weight higher than 10kg >> Economy Delivery costs £59.99 + VAT (3-4 Working Days)
Order value under £450 and weight higher than 10kg >> Premium Delivery costs £79.99 + VAT (1-2 Working Days)
Order value higher than £450 ex. VAT >> Free Delivery to Mainland UK.
Delivery to Northern Ireland costs £119.99 + VAT (this includes the surcharge cost to be paid for customs clearance)
Note: For delivery to the Republic of Ireland, some locations in Scotland and the other UK surrounding Islands, please be aware that there may be a surcharge that applies to transport depending on your delivery location. This is variable and depends on the size of your order. This surcharge is invoiced outside the webshop before the delivery will take place. These additional charges may also apply to large orders, for example, where we may have to split the products between 2-3 pallets for delivery.

What Is The Delivery Time?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours if you have placed the order before 12.00pm (Mon-Fri, excludes Bank Holidays), however, because we use different carriers depending on the size of the products, order or delivery location, sometimes there may be a delay in dispatching your order. We always aim to offer you the best delivery timescale. If you place an order after 12:00 pm, this order will be treated as an order for the next working day. Deliveries are offered on working days only.
Delivery times are as follows:
- Premium Delivery is 1-2 Working Days
- Economy Delivery is 3-4 Working Days
Note: Please be aware that we try to consolidate our shipments into as few packages as possible, so if we are waiting for part of your order to be in stock, as long as it is not too long, we will wait to ship the whole order together. Alternatively, if we are able to fill a pallet with your products, we will ship those products and send the remaining products at a later time when we have them available.

Can I Add Additonal Notes To My Order?
Yes, you can. There is an option at the checkout to add additional notes and information that is required.
Generally, this is the contact number to arrange delivery, if there is limited access to the property or if there is anything we need to know to be able to make the order run smoothly.

Can I Collect The Order Myself?
Yes, you can, we have two locations in Nottinghamshire. Please contact us to arrange a collection so that we can make sure the order is ready for you.
We will also tell you which location you need to collect from. It will be either Ollerton, NG22 9FS or Tuxford, NG220PQ.

Which Countries Do We Ship To?
We currently only ship within the UK. So, if you want to send products to a UK address, you can place an order at www.rotomshop.co.uk.
Please be aware that deliveries to Northern Ireland and other surrounding islands may have additional charges, but we can discuss this with you when you order.

Can I Return My Item(s)?
Certainly, you can return the ordered items to us. You have 14 days to return the ordered item(s) to us.
If you want to return any items, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and our team will discuss with you how to proceed with the return.

What are the cost of returns?
The return itself is your responsibility and there will be costs associated, depending on the carrier that you are going to use. The costs for returning ordered items are for your own account.
We will process the return once we receive the goods and they have been checked to make sure they are still in their original condition.

When Will I Receive My Invoice?
You will receive the invoice within five working days after receipt of the delivery at the e-mail address you provided during the ordering process.
However, if you are still waiting, please feel free to request an invoice to be sent to you by contacting us at [email protected].

I Chose To Pay Via Invoice, When Do I Pay?
Rotom gives you the option to buy products from the webshop on an account with a payment term of 30 days. This means that you will receive an invoice from Rotom (via email) to pay for the products purchased. Before the delivery of the goods, Rotom will perform a data and credit check for approval based on the Company and VAT Number of the business. Rotom has a strict Privacy Policy and we only share customer information with the credit-control authority only for data verification and credit determination purposes, and not for commercial purposes.
Please note: for new customers, we reserve the right to ask for a 50% payment upfront to secure the order and process the delivery of the products. You will then have 30 days to pay the remaining 50% of the invoice amount. This is dependent on the outcome of the data and credit check.
In the unlikely event that the request for payment by invoice is not authorised, you have the option to pay for the products with one of our other payment methods. You can always contact Rotom if you have any questions.
