Sturdy Pallet 1200x800x157mm - Recycled PP plastic.

This robust pallet of 1200x800x157 mm (euro size) is made of anthracite PP plastic, has a closed deck and 3 slats. This combination makes it easy to clean and dry. This pallet is extremely suitable for high rotation and handling, can withstand a bump and has double-walled blocks. It is also ideal for use on conveyors, roller conveyors and other automated systems.

Plastic type of pallet

The Recycled PP (Polypropylene) plastic that makes up this pallet is, in contrast to pallets made of PO (Polyolefins) plastic, suitable for damp or even wet environments. This can of course be both indoor and outdoor use. This pallet has an open deck, which means that it can be cleaned easily and dries relatively quickly. Ideal for, for example, the meat and fish processing industries or other environments where clean or hygienic working conditions are important. The temperature range of this type of plastic is -15°C to +55°C.

Transport and storage

The packaging and pallets are based on the collomodular Euro format (1200x800 mm). This ensures optimum use of space when they are used together for transport and storage. This pallet can be stacked per 15 in a standard truck, which gives a stack size of 1200x800x2355mm. This gives a total of 495 pieces per transport. These pallets are often used in combination with E2 meat crates or other Euro containers which, thanks to their fixed length/width ratios, are ideal to combine with this pallet. This pallet has special edges on the four corners so that stretch film can be held securely.

3 Skid Pallet

Thanks to the three solid runners this is a very strong pallet, suitable for heavier loads and ready for export. Ideal when you need to act fast and do not have time to handle wooden pallets for export. The pallet is accessible from all four sides with a pallet truck.
