Pallet 1200x1000x160mm - Virgin HDPE plastic.

This 1200x1000x160mm hygienic pallet weighs 21kg and is extremely robust and therefore suitable for heavy work, especially in hygienic environments. This is why this pallet can also carry 5000kg statically. In addition, the pallet has a raised rim to help keep the stored goods in pace on the pallet. Due to their precise dimensions and relatively small error margin, plastic pallets are very suitable for use on conveyor belts. Its robustness makes this pallet suitable for various sectors: foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals and industrial use are no problem. This pallet has 9 feet, which makes the pallet very stable on a flat surface but is unable to be used on racking.

Plastic pallet type

The HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) plastic of which this pallet consists is, in contrast to pallets made of PO (Polyolefins) plastic, suitable for damp or wet environments. This can of course be indoors or outdoors. This pallet has a closed deck, which means that it can be cleaned easily and dries relatively quickly. This pallet is ideal for the meat and fish processing industries or other environments where clean or hygienic working conditions are important. This pallet is not called the hygiene pallet in the sector for nothing. The temperature range of this type of plastic is -40°C to +70°C.
