What is an ESD pallet?

This plastic pallet is ESD-certified. ESD stands for Electro Static Discharge. ESD pallets are designed to protect sensitive electronic components and prevent damage from static electricity. Electric charge is dissipated through the surface, so the surface resistance is between 10^5 Ω (Ohm) and 10^10 Ω (Ohm). You can therefore safely store and transport sensitive electronic products on an ESD pallet. ESD pallets and other ESD-safe products can be recognized by a yellow logo with an ESD symbol.

Load capacity of the ESD pallet

This strong plastic ESD pallet has a weight of 11 kg. Statically, the pallet can be loaded up to 5000 kg and it has a dynamic load capacity of 1300 kg. The pallet can also be placed in a racking and can then be loaded up to a maximum of 550 kg.
